Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Harvest House, I appreciated the serene environment it provided—much needed after months of archaeological explorations in the Middle East. The spacious room, complete with a private balcony, offered an inviting spot to unwind and recharge. The hotel's location is convenient, just a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the beach, with numerous restaurants and shops sprinkled along the way. On days off from my digs, I enjoyed the shared lounge and terrace, which provided a communal space to relax without the bustling crowds. The spa services were a highlight—indulging in a full-body massage truly helped melt away the stress of my work. On top of that, I found the staff accommodating and attentive. While the menu of activities included options like diving and canoeing, I opted for simply soaking in a hot tub instead. This place strikes a balance between cultural exploration and relaxation, making it a good option for travelers who fancy both the ancient and serene. For those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, Harvest House certainly fits the bill.
